Chicago cybergrind outfit Blind Equation announced yesterday that they would be embarking on the Death is Colorful tour with fellow Chicago-based screamo project Your Arms Are My Cocoon this April, featuring a route through mainland East Asia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Blind Equation, who last toured in July 2023, released their third album, Death Awaits, on Prosthetic Records to widespread acclaim this past September; this will be their second tour in support of it following a short series of Missouri dates on March 8th through 10th. The bands will be supported in Japan by Tokyo-based emo group Soccer., in Australia by Melbourne-based indie act Mouseatouille, and in New Zealand by fellow cybergrinders DEATHTRIPPA. Tickets are on sale now for the South Korea and Japan dates.
